Judge Trump orders the removal of documents classified by the special master so that they can be used in the DOJ criminal investigation

After Circuit 11 overturned its sentence for Trump, Judge Aileen Cannon ordered the removal of confidential documents from the special commander so that they could be used in the Justice Department’s criminal investigation.

Here is the order:

It took Trump less than a day to overturn his victory in Judge Cannon’s court in the 11th Circuit. The former president may attempt to take this case to the Supreme Court, but there is no guarantee that the court would hear him or rule in his favor.

The main purpose of investigating a special teacher was hopefully to buy him months of time and bog down the Justice Department in its potential mismanagement of government documents.

Judge Cannon was reprimanded in the 11th Circuit ruling for “abusing his discretion” in the initial Trump ruling.

Donald Trump has his own special teacher, but he didn’t get what he really wanted, which was to hold off the Department of Justice long enough to get through the midterm elections and declare his candidacy for president.

The judicial branch takes national security more seriously than Donald Trump, which is why his usual deadlock and delay tactics quickly unfolded.
