Woody Harrelson is reading your tweets, at least the viral ones with young children who look like him.
“Okay, but how does our daughter look like Woody Harreslon,” Mulvenna tweeted.
Her daughter’s adorable smile was next to an image of Harrelson from “Zombieland 2: Double Tap”. The 61-year-old actor and his new doppelganger were both shown smiling from ear to ear, and while 9-month-old Cora has yet to grow all her teeth, the resemblance was eerie.
“Cora says, thank you very much everyone for the likes and retweets and also for the fact that he doesn’t always look like Woody Harreslon, it’s just that when he does … he really really does xxx”, Mulvenna tweeted after comparison it received hundreds of thousands of likes.
Mulvenna did not know that Harrelson himself would have known about the tweet and would have publicly responded to the image spit on Instagram. The Oscar-nominated actor not only captured the screenshot of Mulvenna’s tweet, but wrote four lines of poems for her daughter, titled “Ode to Cora”.
“Ode to Cora,” Harrelson captioned his Instagram post. “You’re a lovely child / Flattered to be compared / You have a wonderful smile / I just wish I had your hair.”
Mulvenna, who was tagged in Harrelson’s post, responded in the comments and said it “made our day”. He also said he “can’t wait to show him when he’s older, you have another fan for life”. Mulvenna made sure to tweet a screenshot of the post in gratitude.
“It’s not every day that Woody Harreslon writes a poem to your daughter,” he wrote.
