Within days, the San Diego Padres have completely transformed their roster and are now serious contenders at the World Series.

On Monday they acquired southpaw Josh Hader from the Milwaukee Brewers in an exchange that shocked the entire world.

On Tuesday, the day of the trade deadline, they acquired Juan Soto and Josh Bell from the Washington Nationals.

Now, the Padres look ready to compete for their first World Series since 1998.

Jake Cronenworth appears to be delighted with the Padres’ new acquisitions and says he likes the club vibe.

After last night’s victory in the Colorado Rockies, Cronenworth commented on the atmosphere and said it was the best he had seen since joining the Padres.

Good vibes in San Diego

Cronenworth is now one of the seasoned veterans of this Padres team, so when he says the atmosphere is as good as it has ever been, it means that something good is coming for this club.

Within days, they completely transformed their roster and became World Series favorites.

Imagine what things will be like once Fernando Tatis Jr. returns.

A lineup that includes Soto, Bell, Tatis and Manny Machado will seem unstoppable and make any pitcher think twice before leaving them a good shot to hit.

The best thing about this training is that you have to introduce everyone due to who will come next.

Even beyond the four sluggers, the Padres have a deep lineup, with Cronenworth being one of the key pieces in those starting nine.

The last two months of the season will be fun for fans in San Diego.
